Lazy Soup

Lady Vee's Lazy Soup

1 can cream of chicken soup
1.5 cup milk or cream
1 tbs butter
1 herb of your choice (cilantro for me) green onion would taste nice
1 handful of grated cheese
1 scoop sour cream (optional)


1) heat soup, milk and butter
2) pour into boil and top with fresh toppings! :)
3) Enjoy your lazy soup for a lazy day!

Greek Pork Chops

Today I made these yummy pork chops...and it was simple! Hope you like it!

1/4 cup soya
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 sprinkle garlic salt

1 bottle of greek & feta salad dressing


5 pork chops

1)marinate chops in marinade for a minimum of 3 hrs.  The longer the better
2)place in baking sheet. Pour whole bottle of dressing over chops
3)Bake at 350 for about 40 min
5)Tastes great with mashed potatoes or salad for me! :D

Banana Muffins


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat muffin pans with non-stick spray, or use paper liners. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  2. Combine bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter in a large bowl. Fold in flour mixture, and mix until smooth. Scoop into muffin pans.
  3. Bake in preheated oven. Bake mini muffins for 10 to 15 minutes, and large muffins for 25 to 30 minutes. Muffins will spring back when lightly tapped.
Add in 1/4 cup brown sugar, a dash or vanilla and some cinnamon for an perfect turn out! :)
Tried these bad boys today and mmh mmh good!
